Hi there,

I've submitted a support ticket (1BEO28CY2S) however it has gone unanswered. While I am installing Arrowchat, it will only go as far connecting to the database, then sending me back to step 1.....and it keeps doing that. How do I resolve this?

This is because PHP sessions are not setup correctly on your server. Usually it's because the PHP save path is not writable. Contact your host and they should be able to fix it.
