Hello Arrowchat team,

I have a question for you. I downloaded the trial of arrowchat, the installation goes well (custom).

I edit the integration file
But when i run the debug tool, I see this message for user id: The User ID is not set. ArrowChat is acting as if no one is logged in which may or may not show the bar depending on your settings

and see in attachment what i see on my web site.

Thanks a lot!!

Pascal

You're not getting the user ID correctly. Please consult http://www.arrowchat.com/documentation/ ... om-website for more information. We will be unable to assist with custom installations unless you purchase professional installation.

One more question, Now i want to buy full version. and the installation of the trial was so easy and nice... Does the full version in harder?
Alos my development seerver is Windows but my server on line is Linux... Is it the same to install on a linux server?

Thanks

Yes, it is the same installation on a Linux machine.

If you've already installed on the trial then you've already done all the work. You can use the exact same information during setup and the same includes/integration.php file on the full version.
