Hi,

I am hoping that someone can help. I am trying to install this software and keep getting an error message that "Arrowchat was unable to connect to the database with the provided information. Check your details and try again."

The forum has been set up as a subdomain on it's own server (by my website host) separate from the rest of the website. The forum (& folders) are installed in the parent directory ie: "/" and the arrowchat folder has been installed at "/arrowchat". I have input the correct database information, cmoded the correct folders/files and i still get the error message when trying to install.

Is there anything specific that i am doing wrong or missing? Any help would be very much appreciated.

The forum is located at http://forum.lilaussieprems.com.au/

Thanks,
Julia :)

Use the information in your vBulletin config file. I believe it is located at /includes/config.php.
