ArrowChat

I am evaluating ArrowChat 1.6 on Invision Power Board 3.4.1
On two separate occasions I've had an issue where ArrowChat shows zero users, doesn't finish loading, and completely freezes the web page to the point where you cannot even use the site.

I know I saw something similar mentioned with phpFox but wanted to know if the same scenario applies here? Is this a known bug that is being addressed?
