ArrowChat

I have installed Arrowchat on a wordpress site. When I am in an embedded chatroom and click on "Visit Profile" next to any user's name, it pops out the chat into a huge window. When I click on this from the chatrooms in the lower right, nothing happens at all.

Having the same issue here if anyone can help.
