After Installation - Chat Bar not showing up

After a successful installation on SMF 2.0.2 forum the chat bar is not showing up on the site instead I get a bit of text at the bottom of the page saying "Chat (0) 0 0". I added the codes right after <head> and right before </body>.
Here is a screenshot of what it looks like on the site:

Hi,
I figured out that my top code (although it was inserted in an override file) was not loading. It's fine now.
