Some of my users, and a couple of my staff have noticed the chatbar doesn't load for them. While it is in the source (View Source) it doesn't actually show on screen. A lot of people are not having any problems and the chatbar shows up for them. I had this issue once, I cleared my history, cache, etc and rebooted my PC, logged back in on my site and it worked again. The others aren't so lucky.

I've suggested that they clear their cache. Everyone having this issue did. Still nothing. They rebooted repeating the same steps I took, nothing.

The chatbar is hidden to guests (Doesn't show up) but not to users who log in. It's integrated with IP.Board 3.4.2.

I've tried everything, any ideas as to cause?

I'd need to login with an account that is having issues to see what is up.

I will see what can be arranged. It will have to be a staff account, as we don't allow outside parties access user accounts for privacy reasons. I will speak to a staff member who is having the issues and contact you, Jason.

Is there a more secure, less public way I can contact you with the details?
