Hello,

I've bought a managed VPS from KnownHost with 1GB Ram. I would like to know from the staff or some experienced guys using the same mix (wordpress + buddypress + arrowchat) what I need to state in the request ticket for server optimization what the guys from KH should tweak or order for best performance and no resource wasted. I can add 1 more GB of Ram if needed.

My website is locked and accessible for registered user which will go max on around 5k members and maybe max 120-150 users chatting in the same time. Now the member database is around 200 and right now with around 10 users chatting I see the memory at around 283 MB of 1.00 GB, yet, the chat is a bit laggy and sloppy. I've set the heartbeat to 1 but no difference.

The server is all at it's defaults now and this is why I would like to know what to tell them to disable, enable and what settings to tweak for best performance.
