ArrowChat

Hi I'm trying to install the trial version on my VBulletin forum but it comes back with the error "ArrowChat could not find your vBulletin configuration file. Check to make sure that the ArrowChat folder is located within your vBulletin folder."

my site is http://www.sydbike.com.au
and the VBulletin directory is at http://www.sydbike.com.au/forums/

I have uploaded the Arrowchat folder to the forums directory , just like the manual said.

The VBulletin config.php file is definitely present in the "/core/includes" folder, and it contains the database information.

Any idea on what's failing? Could it be a permissions issue?

It looks for a /includes/config.php file. So, just create a /forums/includes/config.php file and it'll let you install.

Did a new version of VB start putting it in the /core/ folder?

I should've mentioned I'm on VB5 and Im new to it so I dont know where the config file was in previous versions but in VB5 its in the /core/includes folder.

Let me know if something else doesn't work. We may need to update the integration file for VB 5.
