We are having trouble installing applications on the chat bar. We use arrowchat 1.6.X

We uploaded the facebook fan page and other applications to add to the chat bar.

First issue is the instructions to install the applications.

STEP 2:

Go to your ArrowChat administration panel.
Click on Manage and then Applications.

We don't have a manage option in the admin screen. We are using the facebook full theme.

However if I go direct to the url /admin/manage.php I see the manage options. I then added the applications and got the following message:

<b>Applications Disabled</b><br />This feature is disabled and will not display in the bar regardless of these settings. You can enable it under general features.

However when going to general features there are no options to enable applications.

What do I need to do to enable the applications on the chat bar?

Lite Edition?

How can we tell which edition we are using? I don't think we are using but this could be the case...

includes/edition.php file will tell you.

Ok so we did have the wrong version of arrowchat installed. Now we have the business edition and we have the application installed.

The issue that we are having now is we have all the social icons/services on the chatbar but the popup showing lets say your last 3-4 facebook fan page posts from the chat bar do not show up. There is just a indicator but the window just hangs...

We have the info in our settings and what works for us is when you click on the social icon the browser opens a new tab and take you directly to our facebook fan page.

I think we prefer how arrowchat.com has their chatbar set up where you click on the social icon there is a popup that show the last posts/tweets/etc on the chatbar itself.

Do we need to add the url of the application itself into the settings? ie www.mysite.com/chat/applications/facebook/index.php ?

I'm having the same problem.

I purchased arrowchat kick starter.

i downloaded and installed some applications and activated them from arrowchat admin. They do not show on the arrowchat bar.

Help?
