when clicked on from chat bar. The box will come up but instead of loading my latest facebook posts ..it just shows the indicator and it just hangs...

The issue that we are having now is we have all the social icons/services on the chatbar but the popup showing lets say your last 3-4 facebook fan page posts from the chat bar do not show up. There is just a indicator but the window just hangs...

We have the info in our settings and what works for us is when you click on the social icon the browser opens a new tab and take you directly to our facebook fan page.

I think we prefer how arrowchat.com has their chatbar set up where you click on the social icon there is a popup that show the last posts/tweets/etc on the chatbar itself.

Do we need to add the url of the application itself into the settings? ie www.mysite.com/chat/applications/facebook/index.php ?

What are the exact settings you input for the Facebook application?
