Can Arrowchat work on a mobile device such as an iPhone or android? I've tried it, and it doesn't seem to work.

You could do that via a .htaccess file.

how does the code look to add this line to htaccess?

Also, shouldn't the mobile folder be in the root of the public folder (mine sees to be within the arrow chat folder)
