Cant chat with members

The list of members currently comes up but when i click on a member it doesnt allow me to start a chat with them. The chat popup doesnt load. Not sure whats going on, ive tried different themes and it still wont load the chat between members. The Channels seem to work and i can chat in them, i just cant chat member to member.
