ArrowChat

Hello, i just purchased the kick starter version of arrowchat, i followed the installation guide for Installing ArrowChat on a Custom Website, I put the folder on my web site trough FTP without problem. I've problem on the step when i've to start the installation on my page: mydomain/arrowchat/install/, (The web installation will take you through all the necessary steps to setuping up your ArrowChat installation the first time. Follow each step carefully and don't pass on anything.) as soon i start the page it appear an HTTP ERROR, why?
is missing some steps in the guide?
is necessary to configure something else?

the problem I found is here in the log of the Apache server:

arrowchat/.htaccess: Option FollowSymlinks not allowed here

can someone help me?
