Hi, I'm using Arrowchat Business v1.8.

I am unable to create any chat rooms; I consistently receive the following error: "There was a database error. Please try again."

Attached is a screengrab of the error message and the fields populated to create the chatroom.

How can the problem be fixed?

Looks like the /upgrade/ folder wasn't run or the user didn't have proper permissions to alter/add tables.

I'm new to Arrowchat Business, I can't send message to anyone, it keeps saying error why? 1v1 battle

That usually indicates a problem with the database. You installed fresh?
