ArrowChat

I have "Enable Chat Tab on Mobile Devices" selected but it doesn't show the mobile chat tab on any browser on any mobile device. Instead it just shows the regular chat bar. (I've tested it with about 7 different phones and tablets and just the regular chat bar on all)

The mobile chat works if you go directly to the URL but it is not showing the tab on the bottom of any page.

Any advice on troubleshooting this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

If anyone can tell me where to look or what causes Arrowchat to know the user is on a mobile device I could troubleshoot it. Thanks

I believe that Arrowchat detects the browser user agent to determine whether or not to display the Arrowchat bar or mobile tab.

I suggest you check that your browser isn't set to desktop mode, which would cause the bar to appear rather than the mobile tab. Also check with a different mobile browser and/or different mobile device to see if it works with that.

Thanks but, this was tested on about 10 different mobile devices (as well as different browsers on each device. Moreover, it was working fine on everyone's device before I did a fresh Wordpress install) by my users.

Arrowchat is not compatible with a setup of Nginx only. I changed to Nginx proxy with Apache 2.4 in the back and it works like a charm.
