That would be in the includes/js/arrowchat_core.js file. However, if the misaligned boxes is what you're trying to fix, that is a CSS problem. I'd be able to tell you what class/id is causing that with your site URL.

i have many problem , arrowchat 1.7.1 support iis7 + php 5.2 +sql server 2014 ?

I can't remember what 1.7.1 supports exactly; all our patches notes are at viewforum.php?f=4

I do know that the MSSQL integration requires the PHP mssql extension and PHP 5.2 or lower at this time.
