I bought the kickstarter package for ArrowChat four days ago. Installed according to the recommendations, but in chat not displayed any user created room. Chat room and just not loaded, you can see just spinning wheel. I contacted the support 4 days ago, created a ticket but no I PZZIV55HKV is not responsible for and does not help. My question is - how many days need to wait for a response and help from support, if the default provided support in the past 30 days?
