Includes/config.new.php file writable

I cannot find this anywhere in my directory.

I have purchased the installation and it looked all good to go. went to my page and Arrowchat didnt not display on my site.

went back into my www.mysite.com/arrowchat/install/ and thats where it tells me the above config writeable error.

even called my host company and they cannot find it.

It would be located in your arrowchat folder. If it is not there then you'll need to download ArrowChat again and upload all the files.
