hello, i was trying to help a friend try your trial script but im having an issue...
at first it was ioncube missing, but now hes got that in and i was able to get the install to start...
however it keeps looping to that page...the next button keeps pulling the same checklist page up, but all the marks are green so idk what the issue is....or how to progress with the test install..
any help would be appreciated, i need to know if it will work with a responsive style we are using and downloaded the trial almost a week ago by now :(

Yes, the trial does require IonCube 5.0+ so that we can support higher PHP versions. Unfortunately, a lot of servers are running version 4 of IonCube.

hmm, i spoke too soon :(
the correct ioncube version is now installed but we are suffering the same error....
with firefox and chrome the style info does not load at all.....with chrome it just refreshes the checklist page and goes no farther...
i think we have about 2-3 days left to get this working to see the trial...
any thoughts?

i have some other infos he reported which might help...
i think this could have something to do with being installed on a subdomain under an /htdocs dir...
"Heres the errors from arrowchat...
strange how it has 2 forward slashes
Unable to open primary script: /var/www/test.mysite.co.uk/htdocs//index.ph
? any ideas why?
2016/08/01 19:27:18 [error] 21714#0: *458 FastCGI sent in stderr: "Unable to open primary script: /var/www/test.mysite.co.uk/htdocs//index.php (No such file or directory)" while reading response header from upstream, client: 212.120.63.128, server: test.mysite.co.uk, request: "GET / HTTP/1.1", upstream: "fastcgi://127.0.0.1:6666"

"if you go to the arrowchat install page.. and open dev tools, press next and you will see a JQuery code appear.. if you scroll to the right to inspect this JQuery its syntax is all messed up and it displays like text with no css loaded?"
