I have installed the new 2.1 update, I followed the installation instructions to a T.

The chat bar does not show up for some users, while it shows up for other.

Yes I have a support ticket in as well with login details to my website, but if someone knows a solution please let me know.

We also get a 404 on the debug thing that the documentation says to check with

When extracting the zip the zip gives a warning daring extraction saying theirs more data after payload, Zip might be corrupted?

It looks like you're just missing files. Download it again and try another extraction program to extract the zip file. I haven't heard of anyone else having issues extracting the files.

I've used 7zip, Winrar and built in windows extractor I get the same warning each time

You may need to re-upload the zip honestly to the downloads section if this is the case.

I have a support ticket with the ftp info, could you hop in and fix it for me please real fast? (I still have support time with you guys) I've been fixing stuff 'all day and night'

I have managed to get it to extract without the error and have re-installed it and still no chat bar.
