ArrowChat 2.0.1 - logged in users showing as guests

Hi!

With ArrowChat version 2.0.1 and VBulletin5 (5.3.0), logged in users (that is logged in VB5 users) do not show up in the user list and the user list is populated with lots of "guestxxxx" users. If I disable the "guests can chat" option, it disables chat for the logged in users, as if they are not logged in when in fact they are.

The control panel lets me find users and change their permissions, so it's obviously finding the users within the VB5 database, but the buddy list does not show any user names.

I've had this working before, and as best I can tell the setup now is as it was then. Any ideas?

I have the same issue but am using PHPFox 4.6. Config file looks correct. There is an issue somewhere. Any help would be appreciated.

I've installed and integrated arrowchat with WordPress multinetwork v4.9 on localhost . I can chat as guest when Chat as Guest is checked. But when it's unchecked logged in users cannot chat.
