Hi i already uploaded the folder into my host but when i go to /arrowchat/install/
im getting a 403 forbidden and if i add index.php i get a 500 internal error am i doing something wrong im using smf latest

Check your file permissions and ensure they're using the proper chmod 0777 set.

It's because the trial requires IonCube. It is either not installed or an outdated version. You must run the latest IonCube loaders.

I had this same problem. Updating the ioncube so file fixed the issue and the trial installed successfully.

Unfortunately, the admin page comes up blank now.

Can somebody help with fixing this???
