Hi all,

We've purchased and installed the kickstarter version and can't get it all to work.

1. We have modified the integration file and user id is found using cookie, that's fine.

2. We don't see a list of online users even though the setting "Enable onine list" is on. Is there anything else to do?

3. Enable fixed width bar does not work, the bar remains small and in the left hand corner, regardless of setting bar to align center or right. Furthermore it remains small even though we set width to 900.

Any help is much appreciated.

4. We've created one room which does not appear when clicking the Chat Rooms button in the bar.

Haven't seen your site, but judging from the symptoms, I'd say you need to check that you have one copy of both our header and footer code.

Thanks for your quick reply. We checked and have the header and footer included once.
The error we have (reported by Safari) is:
TypeError: a("#arrowchat_chatroom_block :input").prop is not a function. (In 'a("#arrowchat_chatroom_block :input").prop("checked",false)', 'a("#arrowchat_chatroom_block :input").prop' is undefined).

Does that mean anything to you? Is this why the chat rooms are not showing?
