ArrowChat

Hi
I have installed arrowchat 1.8.41.
For some users it loads only chatbar
for some other it loads mobile chat button
and for some users nothing loaded !
What's wrong with it?

I tried updating to version 2 on xenforo. It has the same problem yet. No idea?!
