Missing bar on v2.0.2

Just finished installing and configuring version 2.0.2 and the bar is no where to be found. Any suggestion please?

Open `/arrowchat/external.php?type=djs` and tes it have content. If it is empty - you have php error.
OR
Open developer console and read js errors.
