ArrowChat

We're looking at getting Arrowchat but we wanted to install the trial version so that our member bas could try it out. When we tried to install it the first time we ran into this:




We reached out to our server techs and after they did a few things this is what they said:

onCube Loader is enabled on your server, but the 'arrowchat' application is encoded with IonCube for PHP 5 and you have PHP 7.

This is from the log file:

PHP Fatal error: The file /var/www/html/blackdahliaroleplaying.com/arrowchat/install/index.php was encoded by the ionCube Encoder for PHP 5.0 and cannot run under PHP 7.0.\n Please ask the provider of the script to provide a version encoded with the ionCube Encoder for PHP 5.6.

Please help?

The trial will not work with PHP 7+ at this time. We have demos available at https://www.arrowchat.com/demo/

If we purchase the Arrowchat app, would it be able to install in PHP 7+ environment? I'm working on a Laravel project, and I wanted to integrate Arrowchat on it. Your reply is much appreciated. Thanks!

Yes, the full version works with PHP 7.

The trial is now working with PHP 5.6 and PHP 7.x+
