My client hide the mobile bar, how can he UNHIDE the bar to show again on mobile?

+1 please i am getting annoyed by this how can a user reanable mobile chat? Its stupid to be able to disable it and not able to enable it again

You have to enable it from the mobile page.

Where is the mobile page? In bar features if i enable allow user to hide bar then they cant unhide it is there some other setting?
