Guests can view chat?

We are using a custom integration, which we purchased from Arrowchat.

For some reason, guests, not logged on to the website can view the chatbar and can chat, even though we have "guests can view bar" and all other guest boxes unchecked.

We are using v2.2

Is there something I'm missing? We don't want guests viewing the chatrooms. Any ideas? Anybody?
