I try to install Trial License but when i am running i am getting error like

Site error: the ionCube PHP Loader needs to be installed. This is a widely used PHP extension for running ionCube protected PHP code, website security and malware blocking. Please visit get-loader.ioncube.com for install assistance.

If I will buy the "Kick Starter" , this error does not happen?

The trial version currently requires a PHP encryption script called IonCube Loader. This allows us to encrypt the trial version's code to prevent people from using the trial forever. The full version of ArrowChat does not require IonCube Loader and is 100% open-source.

Typically, you can ask your host to install IonCube and they will usually do it for you. If you are on an unmanaged server, you can download IonCube and get installation help at http://get-loader.ioncube.com

If you already have IonCube installed and are still getting this message, please make sure you have downloaded and installed the latest version of IonCube. You can use phpinfo() to check the version and installation status. You must also have PHP 5 for the trial to work. If you have PHP 4 or PHP 7, you may receive an internal server error 500 message.
