Problem with messages

I have installed arrowchat 2.1.1 and it is perfect, only that when you write in the chat it does not update the sending user nor the receiving user. I looked at the browser's error console and it gives me the following problem:

Uncaught TypeError: anchorme.js is not a function.

Any way to fix this?

Oh! is installed in Burning Board 3.0.1.
