Table prefix WP_ not found

I was confused when installing arrowchat on my wordpress buddypress. I have followed the video instructions but when I arrived at the configuration step a message appears, table prefix error.

My table prefix hasn't changed, still using wp_

But when I enter the table prefix by adding wp_users, the configuration seems to work, but when I click the next step (the last step, which is confirmation), the installation returns to the beginning.

I use cloudways with the Amazon Aws server option.
