Not able to get the user ID (buddypress)

Hi!

I'm having a problem to get the user ID on my buddypress network.

"The User ID is not set. ArrowChat is acting as if no one is logged in which may or may not show the bar depending on your settings. "

Any idea why this is happening? I already tried to reinstall a few times and I'm not able to get the user ID. I can only chat as a guest.

Or there's any other way to get the user id?

Funny thing is that I can see my @username on the cookies sections at /debug/ page.

I opened a support ticket 6 days ago... but I guess it's not working anymore xD

I'm running PHP 7.2 with Litespeed + Redis!
