How to install arrowchat on the xenforo forum?

Hello, i tried to install arrowchat on our forum, but failed, it didnt work and i got this error codes,

i tried to contact support team, i have gaven all the details, though it takes them about a day to respond me back, is there anyone that help me to solve the issue on the installation?
