Where can I find instruction on how to UPGRADE from the current version of the STARTER Package to the current version of the PREMIUM Package?

You simply re-download ArrowChat and replace all files. That’s it. No need to reinstall and settings will be saved.

• 1. download the premium package,
  2. upload the zip file into the arrowchat directory, and
  3. unzip all of the contents into the arrowchat directory?

Well, you would want to unzip the file outside of the directory because the zip file unzips into an arrowchat folder. But yes, that is the general idea.
