I have purchased the business plan and according to the plan, I got professional installation support just on papers. No one is even replying to my support tickets and it's been a month now. According to the documentation, arrow chat supports laravel integration, but that too just on papers. You get to go with a custom way of integration. Can anyone help me to get this integration done? I have placed the arrow-chat folder in the root location of my project. Just let me know the code to get the user id.

And It's been 5 working days now and your so-called professional installation support could not even look into the matter.

Can you please even let me know the exact expected day and time of installation?
