Installation on vbulletin 5.6.4

Ho installato arrowchat nel forum vbulletin 5.6.4
Al momento la chat funziona solamente se abilito l opzione per gli ospiti.
Gli utenti registrati non vedono la barra o la chat nonostante non abbiano nessuna restrizione .

Come posso risolvere?
