Hello,
We have a very excellent server and an even better network administrator ;)
He tells us about slowdowns in the windows where the Chat is located.
Members also complain that conversations are cut off because they are forced to restart their browser.
Do you have a solution to avoid this problem?
What is strange is that we don't have this problem all the time.

We have this problem too. But it's not permanent. We don't know why... or how to improve. It's a shame because otherwise it works fine. If you have a solution, please share it.
