vBulletin Avatars not showing up 5.6.5

Hi,
New install of Arrowchat here.
I put ccpic.php in the root of my site, and I'm not seeing avatars. Should it go somewhere else? Seems weird to have PHP right there in the root. Have I misunderstood something?
