After the 3.0.7 update I have not managed to get it to work with PHP 8. Does it work for you?

I think what he means is the chat does not display with PHH 8 enabled. I had to switch back to PHP7.4 to get it to display again. Are there any additional php extensions etc. that need to be enabled on our servers, or something added to php.ini to get it to display?

We need to move to PHP 8 for other components on our site so really need to get this working with php8

Nothing additional is required with PHP 8. You'll have to open a support ticket.
