Hi guys,

When we try to install Arrowchat in our SMF-installation, we get the following error:

Oops! There is an error:
Arrowchat was unable to connect to the main database with the provided information. Check your details and try again.

We have added the data from the required database like we have made at our control panel. What can we do to solve this problem?

I think it is possible that your information has coincided with the information updated in the previous system.
