Installed the trial version of Arrow Chat yesterday. Got to the point where I needed to visit the admin page.
Then my site shatter showing a My Sqli error 500 and the site is now inaccessible and not restorable.
Is anyone familiar with MySqli errors.
I'm not a developer or cider so advice in EXTREMELY simple terms would be appreciated.

ArrowChat doesn't touch any of your files or existing database.
It's impossible for your entire site to go down after installing ArrowChat. The only thing you would see is a 500 error on the ArrowChat pages only, which wouldn't prevent the rest of your site from running.
To answer your question, you must have done something that you shouldn't be doing around the time you were installing ArrowChat. It's impossible to say...maybe deleted a file, changed file permissions, etc.
