Dear ArrowChat Support Team,

I am reaching out to request your assistance with an issue I've encountered with the ArrowChat software integrated into my XenForo forum platform.

Recently, I've noticed that the chat feature has become unreliable—sometimes it displays correctly, and other times it does not appear at all. Upon examining the JavaScript console, I discovered an error indicating that the variable c_push_engine is not defined. I have attached screenshots showing the error and the related code segment.

Could you please provide guidance on how to resolve this issue? It seems that there might be a missing definition or a conflict within the script that needs your expert attention.

I appreciate your help in resolving this matter promptly, as it significantly impacts the user experience on my forum.

This happens when a PHP errors occurs.

1. Enable errors: https://www.arrowchat.com/docs/troubles ... ble-errors
2. Visit the external.php?type=js file in your browser to see the error
3. Fix the error depending on what it says

Sorry, I meant to say that you need to visit the external.php?type=djs file in your browser with errors enabled to see the cause.

Your latest version of the arrowchat program is conflicting with Xenforo version 2.3.2.

Please check and fix it soon.

I've updated to Arrowchat version 4.1.2, but the system is still indicating that an update is required. Could you please guide me on how to resolve this issue? Thank you very much for your assistance.

Please expedite the resolution of conflicts with XenForo 2.32 so we can continue using ArrowChat. Currently, we are required to uninstall ArrowChat.

Can you open a support ticket with a test login, ftp info and ArrowChat running? This isn’t happening on our install.
