Open popout chat with opened userlist/buddy list

Hello,
I would like to open the popout chat for large displays by default with an opened userlist on the right. How could this be achieved. on smaller devices / mobile phones it should be kept as it is.
I found URL attributes to hide the chatroom tab but no setting to hide/show the userlist
