Deleting your arrowchat/popout/index.html file should solve the issue.

didnt have that file, only index.php..mine is still not working

I just tried it with mine, seems to work fine.

It's located in your buddy list under "Status". The feature must also be turned on, and you must have a 2.0 or greater version of your themes.
