Various issues with Arrowchat - help

Hello, I bought the Arrowchat script about 4 days ago to test it on my website which currently uses or was using cometchat.
I am using vbulletin.
I have the following issues right now:

1)The chat bar does not loads with Internet Explorer, loads fine with other browsers.
2)The avatars are not showing.
3)Users cannot receive any messages. Everybody is complaining in the forum that they see 0 online all the time and do not receive any messages.
4)Users appear offline most of the time. Both chats us the same time setting in terms of considering an user logout. With cometchat I always see 7-8 online, with Arrowchat is always 0 and sometimes 1.
5)Notifications are not working.

The only good thing is that even with arrowchat using the jquery hosted on my server instead of google as cometchat does, my site load has been reduced a lot and it is loading faster.
If jquery could be load from google it would be perfect in that terms. I tried loading the script from google apis and the bard does not loads.

I did not found where to open a formal ticket so I am using this thread as such.

Thanks.
