Bug Report Deleted? -- Missing Text While Chatting

I filed a bug report earlier today about missing messages in the PM sections. I've checked it several times today to see if there has been a reply and then I checked now and it doesn't exist any longer. I checked my total posts and it's not listed there anymore either so I have to assume it was deleted.

Any idea why?

And just incase, the problem is that I tested using Chrome myself and the other user was using FireFox 3.6, I sent him 10 messages, numbers 1-10. He got them all.

He did the same to me, I got 1 of 10, but I heard the ding sounds of a new message sometimes. This only happens in the PMs, not in the public chat channels it seems.

Anyway, I'd post this again in the bug report section but until I know what the deal is, I'm posting it here.

Ok, I see, it was moved to a support request instead of a bug report. I just never got any indication of that. Anyway, good to know it wasn't lost in a random DB issue or something. heh

Actually, does this mean it was circular filed and I need to do a support request? I ask because I thought it was a bug and I hope it wasn't just ignored because I guess it's not a bug?

If a bug report is marked as a "support request", you need to open up a support ticket. It's not done automatically. Be sure to include your site URL and test login account.

Sure thing, but you might want to make it so it notifies people of that. As a new customer I had no idea I was asking for support as I thought I was giving a bug report if you know what I mean? Anyway, no problem now that I know you don't think of it as a bug, but as a support request.
