ArrowChat

I was doing a test because some of my users have their arrowchat closed and do not realize they do for whatever reason.

So - I would like to uncheck the tab that gives the users the ability to close or hide the chat. So I did a test first and hid my chat and then changed the admin settings to remove the hide arrowchat.

When I refreshed I was hoping that the system would force my screen to show the chat since I had chose to hide it. Instead, the nothing shows including the Show Chat Bar...

So Is there something I can do to force my users to see the arrowchat and then disable the option to hide the chat bar?

I just hotfixed it in 1.0.3. Re-download and replace the external.php file.
