SocialEngine 4 installation

It's not working in SocialEngine 4.
Also language folder is not included in arrowchat folder, instead it is included in install folder.

I have no idea how the language folder got misplaced in there, but I've fixed it for future downloads. Open up a support ticket and we can tell you what is going on.
