ArrowChat

I sent in a ticket because our site has been running slow the past couple of days and this was the message we received back.

There are A LOT of these "arrowchat/external.php", I can't say for sure if that is the problem but I would start with disabling whatever that is.

It's a chat script, of course there are a lot. It polls your server every few responds to check for responses. I don't know how many people you have online and how powerful your server is to tell you if I think ArrowChat could be a problem.
